As you know the information we receive regarding COVID-19 changes daily. We have been closely monitoring the information released by the CDC, president, and governor, and have decided it is best for us to limit interaction and social distance as best we can.
With that in mind, we will be going online with our services starting tomorrow. Tomorrow’s service can be viewed on Facebook Live. After doing some research I have learned that even if you don’t have a Facebook, you will be able to watch the service by clicking this link: https://www.facebook.com/St.Johns.Baptist.757/
There will be a very limited number of people at church to make the Live feed happen (small praise team, pastor, staff, sound/video). This is for everyone’s safety and we hope to open back up for everyone to come as soon as possible.
Sunday School will also be a part of the live feed on Facebook. There will be a student Sunday School Zoom Call. Students wishing to join that call can do so here: https://zoom.us/j/312028105 or by using the Meeting ID: 312 028 105.
Just because we are not meeting in person, doesn’t mean that we don’t care about you and your needs. Please let Kristen or your deacon know if you need anything. We can go to the grocery store for you or pick up medications or anything else you may need. Our deacons and staff will be available to you as much as possible.
A note from Kristen: If you’re feeling lonely, want to chat, would like to have Bible study, would like me to virtually entertain your kids for a while, kids need homework help, my virtual office is open! I have FaceTime, Zoom, Facebook Messenger, and of course texting or calling is always an option. Let me know and we can set something up. I know these are unprecedented times and I’m here for you!

You can also mail your check to the church. These are unprecedented times and we know that God is going to take care of us and have the faith that we will still have the money needed to continue to serve you all and the community when we come through this on the other side.
